CamTESOL Conference

Full papers submitted for consideration for the Language Education in Asia, Volume 3, Summer Issue are required by March 7, 2012, shortly after the CamTESOL Conference. Papers for consideration for Volume 3, Winter Issue, are required by June 6, 2012. An electronic copy of the paper (Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format) and the completed publication release form should be submitted by e-mail prior to the deadline. Papers should not exceed the category word limit. The limit includes references, but not the abstract or appendices. Papers should be preceded by an abstract of 150 words or less. The abstract should summarise the methodology and major claims or conclusions of the paper. Please see the guidelines for more information at Language Education in Asia Submission Guidelines.pdf

The paper should also include a title page with the 1) title, 2) author name(s), 3) institution name(s), and 4) author note. The template includes an example of the title page as well as the layout of the paper itself and references.

Please note that you will be required to submit a publication release form that includes attestation of the originality of the manuscript. Please also note standard practice includes checking all papers with plagiarism software.
